I have experienced this funeral home several times not as a customer but as a family member going to see loved ones. Our family used them when my grandfather passed away in 2020 and I was not impressed, they are rude. My own Mom passed away in November 2021 and my first instinct was to go with Miller’s for her services. Everything went beautifully I had no regrets. On January 2nd and 3rd 2022, I went to my cousins services and for a split second I thought, why didn’t we use this funeral home? After a bit I remembered why. S&D, you really really need to hire bilingual people. I cringed every time you said my cousins name, you butchered it! Also when a last name is hyphenated you say the whole thing all together. You DO NOT drop one it is extremely disrespectful. you do not stand in front of a roomful of Spanish speaking people and tell them it’s time to go in English and expect them to understand you and to expect the family to translate for you is disrespectful as well. They are there to mourn not do your job. I think that because it’s a fancy new building people assume the service is just as fancy but In my few experiences I have not been impressed. It’s not just because of the bilingual issues, my grandpa’s services were in English and they literally start packing up and shutting down right with you standing there. There is no compassion. I am glad I trusted my instincts and went with Miller’s, ask for Karen she’s the best.

Thank you for your inquiry Lyn, our efforts to stop the spread of CoVid19 begin when each of our team members arrive at work. They are temperature checked and are required to wear masks. We have employed special housekeeping measures too including using an EPA and FDA approved air spray dispersed with a fogging machine throughout entire facility, restrooms and vehicles daily as well as following every gathering. We open the doors and windows following gatherings to allow fresh air into the facility. We have strategically placed hand sanitizer stations throughout our facility. We wipe all work surfaces, office equipment, door knobs and counter surfaces with approved disinfecting wipes between users, at the end of each activity and daily. We have clear markings on our floors in areas where people line up to help maintain 6 feet of separation. In addition, we instruct our guest who do not reside in the same residence to sit 6 feet apart in our facilities.
You will need to contact Miller's Tulare Funeral Home 559-686-3316. They are the funeral home of record.
