Very dog friendly quite safe place to live. From office( Kayla , Jesse , Carol , Tye) to maintain ( German ,Cezar ,Efrain) night shift (Tony)to cleaning crew (Nancy )Are awesome people . Nothing perfect but those people trying to make it a good experience for us here .700 plus condo to maintain a lot of jobs but pool clean everyday laundry rooms good to use ,street swept Plant trimmed etc , .. There are lots of apartment type to chose from room to bathroom numbers. ,some are ( one bedroom one bathroom ) renovated, washer drier in it including AC . Only wish I two bedrooms comes like it for my convince that way I will stay here forever . So far we r very happy here ! Thank you Guys!!!! Deniz

I helped my college-aged son find a short-term lease for his spring 2022 internship in Culver City when he found out his internship changed from being remote to in-person. We only had a few weeks to find living arrangements and we found the Meadows Apartments. Claudia in the leasing office was amazing and very helpful. She helped us secure a studio apartment for my son quickly and answered all our questions. She even went to the apartment and took photos and emailed them to us in Arizona. We were not able to see the studio or complex in-person. So far my son is very happy at the Meadows. His studio is very nice and he feels safe. He can even walk to his internship. The park nearby is also lovely and the Fox Hills neighborhood is a nice location as well.

This review is for the renovated units of The Meadows. It is by far the best place I’ve lived. The units are completely renovated and are so spacious with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom (and in-unit laundry and a dishwasher!) I have a ground floor apartment and the patio is HUGE (every unit has one! 2nd and 3rd floors are smaller but great). It feels SO NICE to live in a gated community. I can walk around at all hours of the day or night (even take my dog out at 3am without a worry in the world) and it’s all landscaped so nicely. The renovated side I think is all one bedrooms so it’s mostly couples and solo tenants, making is SO quiet and serene, and the pool feels private! The area is a nice residential area with a great park. I take walks almost every day - it’s super safe. The only thing that could make the meadows better is if there was a little cafe or store in the community because you basically have to drive to get anywhere other than a chevron. LIVE HERE!!!
