I was visiting family and needed an oil change. When I called they were very friendly and got me in quickly. Everyone looked like they enjoyed their job and had great attitudes. I had to take my car in for a simple alignment and I had an 830 am appointment. It took most of the day but I figure it goes based off of importance of other services maybe?? Even though my service took majority of the day, I'm still overall happy with my experience there and their customer service. None of the workers are rude, nasty and unprofessional, so I'm always happy with my experience there to be honest :)
