YOU VALUE MONEY & NOT CUSTOMERS. My family, including a baby was left to battle triple digits at the end of this summer, while your office claimed to have contacted me. The office attendant denied me of talking to the owner, forcing me to seek service from a different company after 8yrs. Horrible !!! PS: Thanks for blocking my FB complaint from showing up to your existing & or future customers. 0 stars for this horrid experience. Reply to your response: Thanks for stating the obvious; I have my call/text log & emails to prove that NOBODY from you office contacted me. There's NO NEED TO LIE on an already bad review. IF you WELCOMED a BAD REVIEW you'd NOT REMOVE IT (like the others). Since you CANNOT, we get you LIES,1, 2, 3 go!

On 105 day, they came right out and repaired my A/C. The tech also went through all my rooms and opened the vents on my registers properly. Very happy!

Superior Air employees are very knowledgeable and professional. Michael was able to diagnose and correct the issue with my system. He took time to answer any questions I had.

Most common problems are Low Air Flow caused by Dirty Air Filter or Dirty Coil, Also if the unit is low on refrigerant it can ice up as well
We recommend monthly filter changes during heavy use like in the summer or cold winters , every house is a bit different. If you wait till the filter looks dirty, it is already dirty enough to affect performance
There is no "one size fits all" for a certain square footage, the variables are the age and construction of the home, amount of insulations , types of window etc. The size can range from 400 to 1000 square foot per ton of air conditioning
That varies greatly by the type of system you currently have and your desired energy savings . Choose a contractor that will do a proper install and beware of pushy commissioned sales people you will find in the Big Box stores and companies that heavily advertise
Depending on the quality of Installation , maintenance of the system and amount of use, the Life Span can vary greatly .

Yes we do!
Could be as simple as loose connections on the breaker, or a motor going out, these are the things that are checked during a Spring AC Service
if it is cooling well when it "Is" cooling, you may have a motor going out, outdoor coils being dirty will cause a unit to stop cooling and start again Typically if it is low on refrigerant it just never cools right and will tend to ice up
most companies will give a discounted rate when you prepay for two visits. You will get outdoor coil cleaning, charge check filter change (andmore) in the spring , a safety check filter change in the winter. Rates vary but for a single unit $170 for two visits is a good price. Beware of companies that are literally giving a AC Check Up for next to nothing, we call those " fishing expeditions" where they come in for nothing and suddenly you need hundreds if not thousands in repairs....Those "Comfort Advisors" are trained to sell, not trained techs
you do not want to be in a rush situation and replacing your AC when it it is 100 degrees outside , be pro-active and plan ahead, do your research ahead of time. If your unit is 15 years old it may be time to start planning
