My sister and her husband lived here. For the price you pay the quality is not that good. At one time they had cockroaches, they are hopefully gone now, their toilet would get clogged, they are not very attentive to the needs of the guests.

Heard bad stuff about this place due to how poorly management runs the it. Many new workers quit after a month or two due to unreasonable amount of workload put upon them. Short staffed and overworked is not something I would want. If the workers hate the place, I wouldn't even think of considering this a home for a loved one. DO NOT WORK HERE AND TRY TO FIND A BETTER PLACE FOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER.

Staff and leadership are extremely unprofessional, do not respond to emails and phone calls, lack organizational skills and rude. Be sure you check them out thoroughly if you plan to send clients or family there. There are so many good communities in the area, why chose a loser?

I know from expieriene this place is horrible in the memory care (Demencia Alzheimer Dept) I was a Caregiver there! When you scedual a tour Oh Boy we were liked trained monkeys we had to act like it was perfect when actually they never had enouph staff nobody ever got showers. I think i gave 2 the whole 2 months I was there because we didnt have enouph caregivers, some residents sat in the same spot for 5 hours at a time. Some of the new caregivers that had no experience wasn't properly trained! And the Director is always bragging how Oakmont is the most expensive Assisted Living!! I had to quit because I couldnt put any resident in harms way!! Also a resident that passed away a month earlier was dead for 4 days before anyone noticed! My opinion dont bring a loved pne to memory care!!
