Kathy, we would have to see the watch to be sure but generally if it has a round crystal we can put a new one in. They are typically between $30-35. If it is not a round crystal we may still be able to get a replacement but would need to see the size and shape to determine an estimate.
They may be able to locate a crystal for an older watch. They may have one in their inventory. Probably can't make one. Don't know about price.
