Quick service. Was sitting in a bay next to another woman getting an oil change. They accidentally drained her transmission 😬 They did quickly identify and fix the issue though. Bit of a scare for her though. 😶

Friendly staff, quick oil change, no BS. When you pull up, they direct you to the bay and you stay in your car while they change the oil. They replaced the o-ring on my oil plug for $1 extra, washed the windshield as a courtesy, and checked my air filter which was good, they didnt try to upsell me on anything. Total time was 10 to 15 minutes and total cost was $34 for my Silverado 2500 HD truck. I will definitely use Prompto for my future oil changes.

Quick and knowledgeable. The manager was helping out as they were short-handed. He helped me get my giant transit into a bay without smashing into the garage wall or falling in the hole. Very polite and helpful. Will definitely go back.
