Good monring, I was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's disease at age 62, I heard that boxing can be a great way to maintain motor functions in those with PD. Do you offer any boxing classes? Thanks Deb

I Believe there is a Trainer that Runs kickboxing Classes there, but you would have To call the gym to Find out when he does those class's, also the Winthrop gym offers Other martial arts classes.
