Room was clean, only down fall was mini fridge didn't have freezer. Stayed 1 night but hotel staff was more than accommodating and even went above normal policy to meet our need. Breakfast options were great and staff was super friendly and helpful. 5 stars would have been a thing but hot tub was not available during our stay and I was really looking forward to it.

This is by far the BEST hotel I've ever stayed in. Guest services are very efficient and friendly, their breakfasts are delicious and nutritious (as well as having lots of choices), and housekeeping is super helpful & accommodating. I highly recommend them. ♥️

Was promised hot tub and laundry. The hot tub wasn’t working and there was no laundry. The shower water pressure was extremely low, one of plugs on the side of the bed didn’t work. No towels in the pool area. Elevator takes forever to get up one floor. Front desk was as helpful as possible but will never stay here again. By far worst hotel we have stayed at.

The room we stayed in was somewhat small, especially the bathroom, and the hotel was very loud. We stayed in a room near the lobby and we could hear most of the foot traffic, including some children running through the halls. The hotel is pet friendly, but I would not recommend it folks with anxious dogs. Ours did not like the noise. It was not particularly expensive though so you get what you pay for.
