my experience here was poor. The receptionist had a waiting area full of patients at the desk u infront of me and behind me and proceeds to ask what do I need? And expecting me to tell what medical condition I am here for (which was personal and i’m sure violated against HIPAA), which I found very inappropriate and embarrassing. If I am at an urgent care I am obviously there to speak with a physician or PA. I will not be returning.

The staff is friendly. However why make an appointment if you still have to wait past your time. I went in for a pre employment drug screen. Completed one part and had to come back days later because they had no one to do a BAT test. Which to me was inconvenient however it got done. The location of the facility is convenient.

Overall service was better than average. Wait time was a little long due to one person at the front desk. But still gets four stars.
