I have been living here for 4 months and everything has been positive. The application process was very easy and fast, Lupita is always very kind and ready to help. The place is clean and quiet, the neighbors are the same, I am very comfortable living here.

The leasing process was easy and fast thanks to Ms. Lupe, very kind, she was a great help for us, our first days here have been calm, the details in the apartment were solved the next day and the attention in the office is very good😊

Gun shots every day, Roaches taking over the apartment, toliets and sinks backing up (regardless of what maintenance do), no hot water, gate never worked. I'm not from Texas but when I saw that the apartments was gated, I thought it would be a good area. I was wrong. I didn't see any roaches when I did the walk through but once we got settled in, they were everywhere. Pest control doesn't work. I never had an issue with the staff as they were always nice. I was stuck here, uncomfortable, depressed and upset that this was a place that I chose to call home with my kids. Please do not move here. I was willing to break my lease as this is not how I wanted my kids to be raised. We have now move to a better area (Carrollton) and I'm not overwhelmed or stressed.

I wouldn’t move here at all I’m literally going downtown everyday trying to get them to do something about these apartments. They have been in bad business for years I hope the city can hear me out and make some changes.
