This is an extremely well managed apartment complex and the leasing agents do everything they can to find solutions that work for everyone. Judson has gone above and beyond and has been an enormous help in my lease transfer process.

I've lived at this complex for almost 2 years and wouldn't change a thing! I can't say enough about the staff - the leasing office is always so kind and welcoming. They are also very dog friendly - if my dog Nova could write a review herself, she would. The maintenance team is very responsive and efficient - but I've rarely had to put in maintenance requests because the complex and units are very well taken care of. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to downtown dallas and especially State Thomas!

Marquis State Thomas has been amazing! Nikki, Judson, and Jorge have been great with whatever questions we have. The neighborhood is great and we have always felt safe here in the complex. The level service here is amazing from the leasing office to corporate.

Your rent will stay the same as long as you are within the terms of your lease. Generally, rent will increase with a renewal of the lease but the amount depends on the market at the time of your renewal. In my experience (throughout all of my time renting, not necessarily here), I've had rent decrease $7 at a renewal and I've had renewal offers as high as $200 more than I was paying before.
No utilities are included in the base rent price. Electricity will be on you, but trash will be added as a fee on your lease and water is split evenly between the entire complex each month.
The first of the month. If you pay after the 3rd, you are charged a late fee.
Yes pool. There is a hot tub but I don't know if it actually gets hot or not.
