-5 stars!!! Google need a lower rating option. These apts need to be shut down or under better management. Can’t get a hold of the office cause they hardly answer their phone. Emergency maintenance doesn’t answer the phone either. No matter how clean you keep your rental unit roaches appear. Tenants are disgusting. They put trash by, around, and up staircases and leave it there for weeks. These apts don’t valet trash! They also let their dogs do their business anywhere, upstairs, downstairs and don’t pick it up. So you could only imagine the smell is revolting. If you’re a visitor park in visitors cause even if you are there for 1 hour they will tow your car. Manager informed me you could park anywhere that doesn’t say resident and they won’t start towing til they get the parking lot repainted. Parking lot hasn’t been repainted it’s been over 4 months. I parked in an unmarked spot, registered the car, visiting a friend. My car was never towed since she’s lived here. That changed just last night. Just consider all your options before moving and visiting here.

Guys do not live here .. this place is nasty and filthy , roaches & trash outside for weeks with maggots crawling everywhere and smell will run you away , poor management , never answer the phone even when it’s an emergency also manger is very rude .. Cheap and affordable but you pay for what you get ! you will regret it don’t do it !

The interiors are newly renovated which is nice but the outside is run down. The owners have plans to renovate, so maybe that will change in the future but for now it's a bit run down. There are several broken windows and management must not be paying for the trash every week because the trash is overflowing almost constantly. The laundry room is oddly completely open to the elements. Several apartments have trash that they just leave outside their doors and management seems to tolerate this. The community is advertised as gated but the front gate and back gate have been continually open since I've been here. I've been woken several times in the night to the sound of breaking glass and cars will drive in at 3 in the morning and just idle for a long time. The location is very nice. Everything you could want is a short drive away. There is also a severe pest problem. Roaches and stray cats are everywhere. And the pest control they hire do not seem very competent, spending less than 5 minutes on each apartment. Their climate control can only do heat or AC so in November they changed it to heat which means anytime its above 60 outside, it's extremely hot in the apartment. It's ridiculous that I have to sit and sweat in December. The price is reasonable which is nice and the property manager Patricia is one of the best I've ever met. If I decide to renew it'll be because of her. In January, all the laundry machines stopped working for over a month. There was a fire that destroyed severally apartments. TWICE someone cut the internet cables. The cops have been here several times (once there were 6 cars sitting all in the parking lot). In June, my AC went out and I spent over 24 hours with my apartment over 90 degrees.

Lived here 4 months out of my 12 month lease and I'm already sure I'm not renewing it. There's roaches constantly, along with other bugs. AC is turned off in winter, and in Texas that means many sweaty evenings. Several outlets didn't and still don't work. And we had to use acetone to be able to use our peepholes, because they were spray painted over. There was also no light in our living room, but i think that's localized to my unit. But the washing units have been out of commission for a couple of months, with only 2 dryers being available. And nobody has yet to fix them.
