Words are not enough to express my gratitude to Marshall and Colton for going above and beyond to help me. They were both so very professional and kind. I had a nail in my tire and appointment up North that I couldn't miss. They were not going to be able to get the tire until the next day. Marshall took time to drive all the way to Portland to pick up a tire for me. They were super quick to replace my tire!! Thank you both for making a bad day EXCELLENT!

We always take our vehicles to this location. Just happens I had to take them both in within the last week for an oil change. Sean assisted us both times and was absolutely friendly, extremely knowledgeable and great with my 11 year old son. They did not have a filter for my car so they reached out to a local auto store and an employee went and picked it up with absolutely no extra time or cost to me! My husband laughed once when I took a vehicle for an oil change to another company years ago saying I’m not allowed to take the cars to an oil change as I have no idea what I’m doing and obviously taken advantage of once he saw the bill. Like I said he had me take in both within a week to this location. Enough said. HIGHLY RECOMMEND due to customer service and honesty. Thank you Sean!

Entire team was courteous, fast and efficient. They kept me apprised of each step. They were up front about costs and let me choose the services I needed and wanted. They were very thorough, going the extra mile to keep me safe on the road. They replaced burnt out bulbs, refilled my window washer fluid, replaced a stripped out oil pan plug (showing me all the parts so I could see why they needed replacing) and provided me with a manufacturer's list of maintenance suggested by my mileage and their observations. Never been to a Jiffy Lube, but I will definitely go again!
