I enjoy living here, for the most part it’s quiet, and parking can suck sometimes, but I rent one of the covered spaces so it works out now. The central location works perfectly for everything I need. Overall, happy to be living here.

The office management has been below average. They stopped accepting packages during COVID and never started to do so again despite the state loosening restrictions. There have been weeks when the trash wasn’t picked up. The walls are incredibly thin and the floors make so much noise that yiu may as well be in someone else’s unit. The maintenance guys are amazing. Residents were not give contact info when there was a change in on site security. When you email management, no one gets back to you

I only give this place a 4 star because of the parking problems. There's not enough parking and so people park where ever they want too. It has happened twice that someone has blocked me in so I cant move our car. We have called to towing company they can't do anything about it. The Security said they can't do anything about either. It doesn't make sense to me on why people send today can park wherever they would like even if it's a no parking zone. If the complex can't do anything about a car parking in front of another one not letting that car out It seems very unsafe. What if there is an emergency and that vehicle needed to get somewhere but they couldn't because the car was blocking them and there was no way for them to move it. Seeing how many people live in the complex it's very hard to figure out whose vehicle that is to ask them to move it. It's not the complexes fault that someone has parked in front of our vehicle but I don't understand why there is no precaution for moving a vehicle that is blocking another one in. Especially if the car that's being blocked needs to go to work and they can't move because of vehicle is parked in their way.

I love living here at Thunderbird Village Apts. As a single mom, first time living in a apt community after separation its been quite pleasant and safe. Love the landscapes and tranquility. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Security does a great job keeping this community safe 👍👏!! I, feel at peace, relaxed, love my porch/patio area and the space I have here. Nice comfy, cute place to call home 🏡😌..
