I have lived at the Carriage House Apartments for going on 4 years with my daughter, and I really like it here. I most particularly love the Bark Park, where I can take my dog and unleash him for a little exercise. And there's a small gym for tenants with all kinds of work out equipment. The swimming pool is another amenity, and it's a big hit! Although Covid19 did put a damper on using both of those, I believe that the staff is working on making sure everything gets back to normal again. The office staff are really nice and have rescheduled several appointments for me. They basically try to make things easy for me, and I like that. You can always find maintenance workers about, and they fix things here quickly if need be. The apartments are really nice, with washer and dryer. It's lovely and gated. I feel like I haven't had any real problems here; no regrets. I don't want to leave. Wendy M

I've lived here for a little over a year..... I have witnessed it turn from a decent, respectful place, for middle aged adults to low income housing for kids! 75% of the vehicles parked in here now are over 20 years old or wrecked....there is debris every from trashy people and kids with no respect for the environment... its like a ghetto trailer park! Can't wait to move!

At first these apartments were really great for my roommate and I. We moved in and as time passed started noticing issues. We live currently on the bottom floor of one of the buildings. Our upstairs neighbor who lives there currently and was there before us has seemingly been dumping pounds of bird seed onto our back patio. According to the lease agreement this is against the lease. We asked the management to get them to stop. They haven’t. We then began to see mice which have multiplied. We contacted them immediately as soon as we noticed mice outside of our patio. They were clearly there before we moved into this apartment which leads us to believe they didn’t have the proper inspection done prior to us moving into the apartment. Since we notified them with email and photos and directly to the assistant property manager they have failed to take care of the mice infestation. It has been over 1 month and 1 week since we had made the initial outreach to take care of the problem. They have not. We do not recommend these apartments to anyone! They do not take care of their property, they do not listen to the tenant, and they do not take care of MICE INFESTATIONS. Do not! And I repeat DO NOT move into these apartments unless you want mice, and bad management.

We live here too! And only complaint rn is the pool being down but we totally understand!
