The two stars are about i moved out on june 30, 2018 and it's now August 9, and i have not hear anything about my pay out deposit. Management says they sent it to another address but forward all my other mail to the address was given to them and they said they would call corporate and call me back and i haven't heard from them and no one are answering the phone or responding to my message.

Like all apartments in Vancouver. Cramped and over-priced.

I like the apartments themselves they are larger two bedrooms in a quiet complex my neighbors have been pretty good (except one but they moved). The management on the other hand they are nice to you while you’re signing up to move in but after that they are rude and unhelpful, both onsite management and the people from the templeton main office lack some serious professionalism. When I first moved in I was curious and nervous as to why people were always moving out now I’m staring to see why.

Ruined by Templeton Management Be warned, those incompetent airheads ruined a great place to live. The truth is a little more than a year ago I would have given 5 stars, I liked our apartment, liked the neighbors, liked the grounds, and the previous management was nice and easy to get along with. However, these greedy brats came in and stopped all of the renovations and got really lazy and didn't finish them correctly. The pool was stagnant and had dark green color for about a month. They also decided to start making new parking rules that just give fines to their own tenants, which btw the notice they gave about those rules was only distributed on one property and it did not show any fines on it, when I asked about this they lied and claimed it did by typing up something real quick with a past date on it so it looks like they did (it was easy to tell based on the obvious grammatical errors, and I got an original from the other property). They increased rent, which is fine, they have a right to compete with the market, but then they increase it again a month before your lease runs out? None of their precious new rules are in your lease and contradict the signs posted on property but they'll still give you a fine? This isn't just shady, it's -illegal- and I was forced to go to litigation to make them drop the fine. They think they can just pretend to know what they can or can't do and tenants will just automatically go along with it because "what are you going to do about it?". In conclusion, great place to live, but look elsewhere unless you want to: A) Have to get a lawyer on occasion just to keep management in check. B) Enjoy being lied to, or having management tell you the rules are for the benefit of the tenants until you get a fine over an unposted rule that should be a simple misunderstanding after which they tell you to shove it because they don't care and think you can't stop them. C) Have to choose between posted signs and unwritten rules. Among the several tenants leaving along with us was my neighbor, and this bone-headed management was what made him and his family move out after living their for 17 years, what does that tell you?
