Working for this company was absolutely HORRIBLE and totally unprofessional. The first red flag was when they agreed hire me on may 20th but didn’t schedule me until late july , secondly that dude raki is one of the most unprofessional dudes I’ve ever came across , the pay was incorrect I was missing hours and didn’t even have a schedule, and when I asked him about my check he ignored me and never gave me another shift again !

To me personally BDA is the worst company to work for especially if you want a consistent job , they hire you for a week to do they events they don’t call you , you have to call them to see if they need security . When I gave them my direct deposit information they never told me I had I a paper check at the office after they cut some people from getting direct deposit and it’s very hard getting in contact with hr cause nobody ever responds to you email and when you do call the office they give you the run around to call this person or tell you someone going to call you and no one never call I’ve been emailing the past 5 days and still no response now when I got my check they only paid me for 22 hours when I work almost 57 hours during the week of event now I’ve been waiting for someone to answer me about what happen to the rest of my hours but no one is responding

Working at BDA is great always something new going on i work part time but i make 40hrs a week working at other sites for $20.50 hr. Working events are always fun i worked Live Nation event at Seaport and Concerts at UBS.
