Miss Enriquez/Rodriguez whatever this rude latina was (I'm a latina myself) was so condescending when she told me the next appointment to open a bank account would be in like two weeks..Lazy and rude staff, didn't want to help me at all. Second and last time at this branch and I did open an account online by myself.

Went to open an account, "you have to schedule it in advance due to COVID". Really.. went across the street to TD Bank, was done in 20 minutes.

The only and worst Chase bank in Astoria. You need an appointment to speak to someone in the bank. The earliest appointment by the way is three days away! Honestly, useless workers and as a costumer I shouldn’t have to wait three days to speak to someone to deal with an issue.

Awful. When you call the phone number listed for this branch, it always leads to a disconnect rather than an associate on the other end. The last two times I tried to visit this branch's ATMs in the evenings, there were people inside hovering and begging for money making it almost impossible to do a transaction. Both times I left without completing my business. At the very least they could install better lighting in the atrium area where the ATMs are located, making it a bit safer.
