Been with this bank for over 20 years. But I never use them. They have prehistoric technology and call it being “personal”. They make you go into the office to open a simple checking account. Make you apply for mobile banking. Their hours are that of a neighborhood bank. So if that is what you are looking for then they are for you. They have nothing to offer except old tired practices that attempt to shame you and embarrass you. You are better off with a nationwide chain.

Have been banking here since it was a small local bank back in the 1950' s. This is one bank that goes the extra mile for its customers. Convenient hours, drive-through banking, ample parking, and great employees. A few relatives have moved from the area and STILL bank at Maspeth Federal. Very community-minded with its sponsorship of the yearly parade, free concerts, etc. Just like family (maybe better---LOL)!

Very rude staff like extremely rude. They wouldn't let me withdraw from MY OWN account. My name is on the bank book and i had MY ID. DO NOT BANK HERE. horrible. not to mention the drive through literally takes 30 mins for a simple transaction.
