Terrible customer service. Bank closes at 5pm. I entered the bank at 4:45 pm and was refused to be given access to my safe deposit box to obtain my passport which I needed today ASAP. While the teller was very nice and accommodating, employee named Megan (manager?) made a decision not to serve bank’s customers without any prior notice of early closing. Bad. You shouldn’t be serving customers.
