In Flushing, Bank of America has the worst service and the worst business ability among all the banks. Even I made an appointment online twice, the agent here ignores me, as if I take up their time, I will never use Bank of America again

BOA is much better than Citibank on Main Street. They can find solutions to help, either show you on ATM or help you deposit through devices. Citibank across street is a disaster compared with BOA.
