Highly unprofessional folks work. Waited nearly two hours they didn’t have the decency to tell everyone their system are down. On top of that they have a really nasty attitude. I would avoid this place and save your selves the hassle.

There is one rude lady doing the scanning. Has a very nasty attitude and also having a loud conversation with a collogue in your ear as she scans your prints. Just plain rude with no provocation.

I just called to ask a question and the lady that picked up the phone was rude impolite and abrupt. I asked if i was able to come in today although my appointment was another day the lady abruptly responded No ! The people here need more customer service training
