So i come in here and ask the first person i see (the manager in a grey shirt) if they carry a 1" to 5/8" reducer/adapter. He says "if" they have it, it would be in aisle 7. Pretty sure he just assumed i wanted an exhaust reducer but obviously didnt pay any attention to what i said because ive personally never heard of a 5/8" exhaust pipe. Couldve asked me for more details or walked over with me since there was noone in line behind me, but i guess he'd rather stand around while the redshirts worked. I came back to the counter a chubby kid who i dont think was even clocked in yet asked if i needed help. I asked him for 6 feet of heater hose. I could tell he was new because he asked what size heater hose. I tried to be nice and said 5/8". He went and looked and came back and said he couldnt find any. I asked if i could look and he brought me back. I found the heater hose and explained to him that all heater hose was 5/8" with the exception being 3/4" sometimes. He took the info graciously and we went back to charge me for the hose. I know this isnt a repair shop, but it doesnt matter what you think you know or what you think your title makes you too good for, the difference is that this kid at least made the effort and lifted a finger. You should make him the new manager and maybe he could set a better example of good customer service.

Pretty fast service even if there are only a couple of employees and a lot more customers than that. The person helping me with my order tried his best to get me the part I needed with very little instructions, as I was picking up a part someone else had asked me to get that I didn't know much about. I got the necessary part at a good price within a few minutes. Also, the location is clean and convenient. I'd come back here if needed.

They are all wearing masks and are very good with distancing.
Unfortunately the maintenance light is something that the dealer would have to turn off. The Autozone only has the ability to read and reset check engine lights.
Yes and can test your battery to make sure that you actually need one.
