I got sick on my first donation visit due to not eating enough beforehand and the staff took such good care of me. Not only did they help me feel more comfortable when I was embarrassed, they sent me home in a scrub shirt so I didn’t have to wear my throw up clothes home. Very kind and caring people work here and I will definitely be trying again. ❤️

Staff is extremely friendly and caring. They make sure you are taken care of and comfortable. Also on top of getting lines through quickly. If you're looking to find a good spot with friendly staff, I highly recommend this place.

Staff were very friendly my first visit, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The actual donation process only took 35 minutes, but signing up takes a couple of hours. I’m glad I came in and plan to return here as they seem to know what they are doing. As a first time donor I didn’t know what to expect, but now I know exactly what to expect. 35 minutes to help save lives —I’m all for that! Thank you!

I enjoy coming in weekly to donate. My husband and I typically come in during the slower times and are done within an hour or so. Monica, Adrienne, Jen, Kathryn and all the girls on the floor are always cheerful, up for a good chuckle with whatever is going on at the moment, having patience and grace with new donors and making the regulars feel welcome! THANK YOU! 😊

Ok well this is a very clean place staff are very nice and if you want to go to csl bye go because nobody needs to listen to a ungrateful person like you I donated at csl if your complaining about this place your gonna hate csl it's not clean staff are rude but maybe you will fit right in don't talk about it be about it bye Come back when you can respect the staff nobody needs to hear your fat mouth what will they loose nothing a complainer you are something else I love the staff so when I read your comment I had to reply I drive from Portland to donate and you wanna cry go to csl see how they treat you there you have to understand when they are short they are short it's not a out your schedule when you agree to donate they don't guarantee no time you go in because you have the time to wait but they are not obligated to you in any way they do there best and you wanna cry to bad unless you do there job then stay quiet because your opinion means nothing
Dude, just be patient. They are low on staff. If you don't like it, LEAVE!
over sea? where did you get ur degree? a cracker jack box?
The first 5 donations are broken down as $75, $50, $50, $50, $75. After that it is based on weight. Between 110 and 150 lbs, $20 each donation. Above 150 lbs it is $25 the first donation of the week and $45 the second donation of the week. There is a bonus on the 6th, 7th, and 8th donation for a total of $60. Employees are always happy to answer question in person or over the phone.
$50. If you donate twice a week or for a month you can earn up to $300.
Photo ID, and a piece of mail with your address. Plenty of fluids on both the day of and the previous.
I'm sure they do training there as well.
Yes it is. I was there this morning
If you show up at 7:00am and you're lucky, you'll get stuck around 3:00pm. Then they'll bully you into waiting for nothing and you'll be out of there by midnight no problem. (Go somewhere else)
If you're signed up for opi rewards, it'll show you when you earned your points (the days you donated) so you can see when you can come in next. If you're not signed up, you can enroll on the octapharma website.
There are no fees
The first time takes about 2 hrs. And after that it is 45min to 1 hrs.
No appt needed takes 2hrs to sign up. And you get a prepaid card that gets cash after a sucessful donation.
I was told November.
You have to be 18 years old to 65 years old
Thursday, the 5th. If you continue, your donation days will be Mondays and Thursdays.
$25 and $45 is above 140 plus, under 140 $15 and $25. First time Donate $50 5 times
Most likely you will start off as a new donor
Maybe the app could be used for signing in, checking wait times, seeing the promotions and such, helping first time donors, finding places for donations and more. I can think of so many ideas for a plasma donations app type thing
