Dude, just be patient. They are low on staff. If you don't like it, LEAVE!

It's a crapshoot anytime you go in. It definitely takes longer than CSL and seems like they have fewer donors too. But some staff usually make up for the longer waits by being more attentive and friendly. That being said, it's always possible they have a lot of donors at one time and they get backed up. If you're looking for a more speedy donation try CSL, they pay the same and some of the staff are pretty cool too 👌

It is a donation center which means you are donating your time and plasma. It is up to you to stay there for 2 hours or leave then come back when it is less busy.
