Space rent includes what
Yes. Rent has increased substantially in last 2 years. There is no clubhouse, pool or rec center, but is gated 12-13 hours each day. Lots of rules. This new management is more difficult to work with than prior owners. Now charging for sewer separately from rent which our contract says should be paid by owners. Strong Homeowners Association which is referring management issues to WA state officials for investigation in to landlord-tenant law breaches. Although I like my home, I wouldn't move here now. I have issues that don't allow me to sell. Many homes going up for sale as owners cannot afford to stay. Dogs allowed. Must be on leash.
