Called last week with questions Zack ( I’d give him 5 star) out where lenses are was a great help & full of information I was thankful. He transferred me to the optometrist so I could make an appointment it was a recording so I left a detailed message including “look forward to hearing back from you” one week later I’ve heard nothing! I get things are different in our world today but I suggest the message state we will “TRY” & call you back or sorry not seeing patients currently not leave a person hanging wondering! Did I mention it’s been week! So I shall go back to the Wilsonville one it just isn’t close for me anymore Vancouver was going to be. Looking at other reviews seems something needs to change to better accompany the Patients!

Called right when they opened, assistant immediately put me on hold and never came back. Waited literally 10 minutes with no response. Maybe the optometrist is good, but i couldn't even make an appointment with the the front desk. Called America's Best instead and made an appointment within 1 minute, I suggest going there instead. Sorry Costco
