They seemed to rush while providing their service. Also seemed irritated when you ask for something specific while they are performing service. It literally took over 2.5 hrs for my nails to dry because the top coat was so thick it was bleeding over my cuticles. That was with REGULAR POLISH. Needless to say my nails are definitely NOT up to par considering I just got them done. Very disappointing!!!! I feel like my $$ was wasted by far!

This was my 1st time in, & probably not my last. They took really good care of us. We left very happy, & super satisfied. This place has pretty good price and staffs are so kind and friendly. Wish I could rate more than 5 stars. Highly recommend! :)

My friend introduced me to this elegant nails. I loved all the services and all the ladies are very kind, nice and sweet. I always have my nails done through Mimi. She is a very talented nail artist. Love her opinion, it always worked out for me. I do recommended Elegant nails to everyone.

This was my 1st experience at elegant nails in Vancouver. I moved nearby and wanted to try this place since it’s two minutes from my new home! I was lucky to get an amazing nail tech, Tammy, for my very first pedicure! I opted for the “volcano” best pedicure and it was amazing. It lasted a good amount of time and she does amazing massage! I felt she did a quality job and did not cut any corners or time. She did a great job cleaning up my cuticles and removed my old shellac. She did a great job applying the new shellac and took great care in my experience. Overall the customer service was friendly. Every team member greeted me with a smile. I will be back to see Tammy at Elegant Nails! Very impressed!
