Horrible customer service. My wife called in today to reschedule because she was not feeling well and rather than being met with hospitality and customer service, the gentleman on the other end of the phone was rude and condescending!! He made her feel horrible for asking to reschedule, saying “call back when you are actually ready to come in”. She could have just skipped the appointment but she wanted to be respectful of their time. We have referred about 4-5 people to them over the last two years who now go there on a regular basis. It was never the product or quality that made us refer them, it was the customer service. We and our friends will be taking our business elsewhere and would advise you to do the same.

I would not recommend this place AT ALL! Very bad costumer service! I did an walk in for pedicure and the man that works there was being very rude. He told me to wait for a spot, and while he’s talking to me he’s really laying down on the couch watching movies on his laptop. The couch was for costumers that wait. I was hoping he would get up & Let me sit down but no he just kept watching his show like nobody was there trying to find where to sit. So I was just standing waiting. I have never seen anything like this! The pedi I had, was not even that good. Wasted my money & time. Never ever coming back to this place. I would not recommend here!

I went in today for a full set and a pedicure. The lady who did my nails said that I should not get long nails because my nails are to small and they will break which I have never had that problem then I told her I wanted skinny coffin but she told me no once again. She said she would do so but if they break it my fault not hers. The shaping is horrible. And due to the fact that they did such a bad job on my nails I didn’t want to get a pedicure and then she got a attitude with me because I didn’t tell her before. I would not recommend at all
