Went in for a manicure and decided on dip powder. Did not get the "usual" manicure - they didn't trim cuticles or clean up around the nail. Then, I had to ask repeatedly for them to remove gel stuck to my fingernail. When I went to pay, they did not have a credit card machine available and asked for Apple pay, which I don't have. I had to use cash, which offered a discount but apparently did not apply today. Used to visit regularly but with these new methods I'm not impressed.

This is my shop. Tony is amazing and does exactly what I ask for. He also makes sure I’m 100% happy with my nails. The only down side is they are wayyyyyy over priced. Way over. 95$ for a classic medium coffin French tip is wild, but finding somebody I trust was difficult, so 🤷🏽‍♀️

I was the first customer of the day over the weekend. Had them done Saturday at 10 AM and by Sunday at 10 AM they were cracked polish was peeling back my gel nails are bending. Worst experience ever. So bad I won’t even let them try to fix them because I know they won’t. Will not ever go back. Be aware

Tony has done my nails & he was incredibly detailed oriented, timely & soft on my sensitive nails. Lynna is did my nails today.. she is amazing! She helped me decide on a color, told me ahead of time about any up charges & shaped my nails perfectly / double checked with me if I liked them before moving onto the next step. LOVE this salon & won’t go anywhere else after this.
