The Cascades Apartments

I had a good experience with Cascades. Friendly staff members are always a great sign. I can’t give it more than 3 stars because they failed to talk to another tenant who assaulted me, had loud music and marijuana smell from the outside. Prior to that tenant living in, everything was peaceful and I would have given this review 5 stars, but unfortunately the Cascades became an unsafe place.

Very good experience living here. Maintenance is done quickly and apartment complex is clean, well kept. Staff is very nice and willing to help you. Neighbors are good people. Only complaint I have is sometimes the neighbors let their dogs loose. And some have aggressive pitbulls. Not sure if it is safe letting my child play by herself outside.

I love the Cascades! Me and my Fiance have lived here for 4 months now and it's amazing! Our unit was in great shape when we moved in and any issues we have had since have been fixed promptly. The staff are friendly, and the grounds are well kept. Also, there is a free car-port for every unit! Me and my fiance have never had trouble finding extra parking when we need it. There is a large field of bright green grass right out behind our unit. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are looking for a beautiful, affordable, spacious apartment in a nice area, with great, helpful staff, look no further than the Cascades.

I was searching for affordable apartments in the Vancouver area and inquired on more than 16 complexes...I got a call and email back immediately from Helen with The Cascade Apartments. She was the only person to call me, out of 15 other locations. The experience was absolutely amazing. Shortly after speaking with Helen, I applied and was in touch with Brandi. She made every part of the process easy and fun. I can't say enough good things about all the office ladies - they are all wonderful to work with. The apartments themselves are also the best 'bang for your buck'. I was placed in a newly remodeled 2 bedroom apartment; new carpet, paint, vinyl floors, etc. I love the gym area and the pool too! The other awesome part is the location being right off I205 with easy access to hop on the freeway and with shopping centers walking distance away. I highly recommend The Cascades Apartments and know you will be happy to call this place your Home Sweet Home too!
