Safety first.. is not the priority of this apartment complex, fines and fees are their first and only priority. Maintenance na why do that when the they can sit outside and wait for you to pass over an arbitrary 5mph rule as long as you seam to be going fast boom 50 bucks. Your rent goes to supply the owner and his manager with their heroin fix. But if you want to over pay and not get any security or sence of privacy this is the place for you. Kids play at your own risk known child predators reside within the complex.

Lots of storage space, low price, and well maintained property. Tenants can park in any uncovered spot, so if you have a visitor you can let them park in your assigned spot-and there's a load/unload space also! Unfortunately some rules are in place because tenants ruin it for everyone else but if you have lived in other complexes you will see this property is pretty laid back. Pool, laundry room, and holiday events for everyone to join if they want!

I have lived here for 3 months so far and find this place enjoyable and quiet, the kids enjoy the atmosphere we have lived in places where I played way more then rent here and get treated horribly due to kids playing outside during the day loudly here it's very kid friendly, my apartment was clean and love the size for the size family I have, yes guest parking isn't ideal but if it's an issue between residents having parking or guests there is no alternative choice if they allowed more guests to park in the lot tenants who get off work later will have no where to park and being someone who works late some days I would not want to park on the street when I get home from work .. if there are issues with trash and dog feces left around (which I hardly see) that is not the apartment complex falt its the people who are too lazy to pick stuff up themselves if you have a dog pick up after it or make sure you throw away your trash there are plenty of trashcans around here. I have not had an issue with the management they treat me and my family great, the manager is wonderful and worked hard to get me in quickly as possible in my situation and even comforted me telling me everything was gonna be okay when I was close to being without a home for my kids and if my kids do something they know they shouldn't they inform me which I like I don't want my kids behaving badly and not know about it ! thank you steeple chase community for welcoming my family in and providing us with a great place to live

I've been living here for about four months now. I've had no issues. The apartment for a 3 bedroom is decent size. My neighbors are for the most part quiet. My kids have made some friends and that's my biggest concern when we moved to a new state. They've added additional parking spaces for guests. I understand why they have assigned parking as there was issues in the past of the tenants not being able to find parking. My kids are looking forward to the pool this summer.
