I was visiting from Texas when we found that this studio was hosting an outdoor session on Sunday morning. Great instructor (Coty) who also creates beautiful artwork & is very friendly! We checked out the studio later and found that it is a great size, clean and calming - perfect space to carve out some special time for yourself.

Everyone at the studio has been so welcoming and friendly. The decor is also very well done. The combination of the welcoming atmosphere and decor make the studio feel like a safe haven! What a great addition to the Lakeside/Somers area!

Coty, the owner, has creatively put together a wonderful array of classes and a fabulous team of instructors, each of whom bring their own unique quality and teaching style. The studio space is beautiful and envelops you with warmth, delicious aromas and a calm sense of being. I LOVE the studio and Coty!

Hey Stephen, we were a clothing brand, now a yoga studio. There are some great local florists and nurseries that offer wildflowers depending on the time of year though!
