Highly recommend this highly professional yoga studio. Ashtanga yoga is always been my favorite and Andrew really is the best teacher I've ever had in the last 14 years of my practice and 10 years as a Yoga teacher myself. I just wish I'd live closer to Norman.....

Yes we do! In fact working with elderly people is one of our passions. We believe yoga should be made available to everyone!
I don't think there is a specific class for toddlers, however people have brought their children to both the level 1 and 2 classes I've attended. The teachers are really good at giving attention to all participants. Maybe worth a try if you're interested.
