My experience here was horrible . There were about 4 young girls in front of the cashier area talking . Mind you I am patiently waiting about 5 minutes now . They see I am there and continue to talk , at this point I’m staring at them . After 5 minutes someone comes and helps me . The young girls you have working here on Friday are unprofessional and don’t care about their customers . Next time I will be going to the orange location. I wanted to give this place a try, but it was just horrible.

If I could give this place/experience 0 stars, I would. The workers were inconsiderate and unhelpful. I drove an hour to get here with my basket of clothes after I CALLED and they said they were buying clothes. I got to the door that informed me “sorry :( we are no longer buying clothes, too busy!” THERE WAS LIKE 2 PEOPLE IN THE STORE AND 10 WORKERS. I begged the guy to make an exception as I had come back from an 8 hour work shift and drove an hour. His response: that’s tuff, try back tomorrow! NO. NO I WILL NOT BE DRIVING AN HOUR BACK TO GET HERE TOMORROW. I am LIVID. Cancel Plato's closet for their inhumane staff members and terrible service. Platos closet is where dreams go to die.

♻️🌍 Fed up with buying fast fashion with its waste and constant rotation of cheap and trendy short lived items? This is a place where you can get gently used quality brands (Patagonia, North Face, Vans and others) for your wardrobe for cheap and when you are done with the item, they will buy it from you again. So low cost, high quality and sustainable. What could be better?

i love this place. They’re a more trendy version of a thrift shop which I absolutely love. I go there thinking I’m not going to get anything and then end up buying at least one thing there. Lol.

Ok
Hi! No, unfortunately we do not buy real fur coats. They just tend to be too expensive for us. Sorry about that!
