Being an active duty service member/ member of the HOG group in danbury I am very disappointed with the service that was provided here. Throttle cables and heat shields for my exhaust for my vrod is what I needed to get done. When called after week 1 for a check up no one knew about when parts were going to be there and or if they were ordered. Called week 2 same thing so at this point I informed them I just want my bike throttle cables replaced and that is all, I already informed the Harley I normally go to, to order me the shields. Called week three this week about my bike and they said oh yea your parts are here we are putting on lift should be done soon we will call you. No call so I decide to leave work and drop by before close. I arrive and was told the bike has been done and that they did not have a chance to call. I paid and pick up bike today. The lack of communication with the customer definitely made this experience a bad one and I don’t think I’ll be back here. I will continue my business at o’tooles in wurtsboro NY were I feel like I have been treated like family since I bought my bike last season from them. Danbury you guys need to do better!

Colleen is one of the best sales people I have worked with. The owner Al, was also great taking the time to explain everything after getting my bike and Sue with finance was great too. Highly recommend Danbury Harley for all your motorcycle needs!

Had a tire blowout about 45 min away from them, after arranging a tow I got there about 2 hours before closing and they actually stayed late to make sure my bike was finished so I wasn’t stranded away from home. I hate to be the reason somebody has to stay at work late but I am very grateful they did. Will be stopping here whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend

This is my second bike from here- both low miles! My first one was a very great Christmas present in 2018, the second one was a birthday present to myself in 2020. I can't thank everyone enough. I had an excellent experience and everyone is great to work with. I was lucky enough to buy my second one on the 25th year they have been in business and I'm so happy with my purchase. I really do feel like I'm part of the Danbury Harley Davidson family- thank you Al and everyone.
