* Even though I know my repairman had a very long day, he still showed up to fix my washing machine and for that I am very thankful. Also thanks for taking the time to educate me on how to clean my washing machine after the repair. I will definitely be doing that today.

Refrigerator stopped cooling. Compressor was under warranty, so Sears was my only option for service. Had to wait 2.5 weeks without a refrigerator. Then they canceled the day of the appt. Said the next available appointment was two months after the scheduled service date. Couldn’t believe it. Asked to talk to a manager. They said they would pass the request on. Had no confidence they would call. Tried to call and talk to a human repeatedly wit no results. Started shipping for a new refrigerator. Two days later I was at an appliance store when they called. Set up appointment for the next day. They did come. The tech was great. A few days later and still working fine. Glad for the final outcome, but the process was awful. Hope to never need Sears service again.

The problem diagnosis was incorrect after I spent $500.00 dollars. The washer is still broken, and the technician supposedly ordered the part he thinks will eliminate the problem, at an additional cost. I am not happy with the responce time and your unprofessionalism. I hope we come to a resolution of the problem within the next week, I will not be satisfied until my appliance is functioning.
