She was patient and very nice 😊 Everything went very smooth & quickly … they do accept Visa Debit but not credit cards just to let everyone know. 10/10 I will be back

Have wasted a total of two hours now with this office. WAY worse than any dmv experience. Awful customer service by the older blonde lady and management (Tammy). Learn from me and do not waste your time here.

Outstanding, prompt, pleasant service!! Drove by the DMV first, in West End saw that ridiculous line, in the heat & humidity, came here instead, well worth any extra fees, waited 10 mins in line & additional 15 min to do applications. 25 min total for renewal & 1st time application of Real ID. I would have spent half of my day (at least) @ DMV, with disgruntled, aggravated applicants & the usual toxic, annoyed state employees, herding folks like cattle......it's a no brainer, this is the place do get it done!!
