This is a good place to live if you are a low-income slash income restricted family. they've always been kind to us and helped us with whatever we need. Sometimes maintenance can take a little extra time, but that's not out of the ordinary as far as apartments go. All of the staff in the office are friendly, and they're ready and willing to help you have the best stay that you can. They're also going to help you if you need to make repairs, and will give you tips on how to keep your apartment as nice as possible for any inspections.

It would be a great place except for very shady and creepy neighbors who break the laws/rules constantly. People park in your space constantly, dogs off leash and nothing is done about it. There are a couple town homes that only have 2 people living in them when they are supposed to be for large families, everyone has pets that are not supposed to be here, the older teens hang out at the small play area where little kids play and use profanity etc while kids play, neighbors do not pick up after there dogs, our car got keyed by a neighbor and the "tenants" occupying the apartment are not on lease, management knows and nothing is done... The longer I am living here, the more shadier I am finding out. The apartment itself is great very large, well built, maintenance is done fast and efficient, garbage always well kept, The grounds are always clean and tidy. Brad is a good manager as well as Nathan. Just need to get rid of the trashy people and it'd be great!

The place is a trash hole. A guy that lives in building "J'" was just arrested for shooting another drug dealer in Washougal last week. They try to get rid of the trouble makers, but being low income restricted, more just move in. There was a creepy guy in building "G" hanging out all the time with teenage boys smoking and drugging and causing vandalism. Creepy kids crawl on your porch to get the other tenants cigarette butts. Little kids go around begging other tenants for food. The apartments are noisy. You can hear everything that goes on above and around you. Noisy kids are everywhere until they are evicted and become homeless. You can always tell when the garbage bins are loaded up with mattresses and couches. Once you move in, you want to move out as soon as possible. Dirty kids with no toys to play with, so they sit around on the steps and pick the lice out of each others hair. If you even think about moving there, spend a few hours in the parking lot or wonder around to the playgrounds and see for yourself what a disgusting group of sorry ass humans live there.

It's understandable what it takes to get into an income restricted home...I get it. It's not even about the fact that we weren't approved for housing, but I am thankful that we did NOT get approved for the office assistant manager is totally rude and condescending when she talks to you. She thinks that her little office job puts her in a position to be unprofessional and she seems to enjoy belittling potential residents whether they are approved or not. When I was hung up on I immediately called back and was called immature for asking questions. I am baffled how someone can get so quickly on the defensive when trying to get to the bottom as to why we were not approved. I understand now, though it was tough listening to her demean me along the way. When asked if there was anything else she could do I told her to try to find some compassion. She sure doesn't need to be working with the public when she has so much obvious bitterness about her job. Again, thank you for wasting almost 3 weeks of my life only to treat us like we are dirt. Hope you never run into someone like yourself. You, Brandi, are a horrific person. And I feel for anyone who actually gets stuck having to deal with you on a daily basis.

What's funny is that I checked with the county assessor and they don't even own the water.....per say.... They get their water from the Salmon Creek Watershed. And when I was looking at the history of the place, I found that the property also is a high archeological property. I lived in B7 and that whole pod is WAY haunted and the walls in the halls and inside sweat. Im glad I'm out of there. The only thing that is nice about them is the size.
