I am waiting for code compliance to get back in contact with me . I am also working with a tenant lawyer, I have only been here four months. I cant do this another 8mnths but I cant afford an eviction or broken lease ... they defiantly are not worth it ! I am literally going crazy and reading ALL the reviews it doesn't seem like there is a resolution. This is sickening.

I.Just signed my lease a month ago and have not spent one night in my apartment. Nothing was move in ready. No working toilet,no working refrigerator, no air and haven't gotten a mailbox key in a month. After being told and sent a confirmation everything was fixed still nothing was fixed as of 10 13 18 even the dishwasher doesn't work. Went to check Saturday only to find a eviction notice on the door. The move in special rate I was promised according to portal was doubled. No one has reached out to help get the situation resolved. If u call never no answer. Sadly to say I just relocated from Louisiana was happy to sign my lease to new beginnings only to inherit a nightmare. Now where do I go from here . Probably could never lease again. But from my few experiences in the office. They can give a flip about their tenants. Poor people Please someone get a Petition floating

I'm willing to sign the petition. I been here 3 years come February 2019. Lease up in Aug 2019. And I'm out. I have tried to give then the benefit of the doubt. But the is so much wrong with this apartment. From a refrigerator that leaks and being told that's normal to the 1980. stove that randomly goes out. I've put in work orders and someone they never show up. Added to that the toilets keep stopping up and we have to do a temporary fix so when maintenance comes they say there is no problem. These apartments need to be fumigated. And all appliances need to be seriously up graded. This community is nice but not worth the rent I pay for this type of apartment. If they would fix all the plumbing issues, update all appliances, fix the gate, upgrade the a/c units, upgrade the water heaters and hire staff that care(management, and office staff are nice but maintenance SUCKS and the courtesy officers are nowhere to be found but harassing tenants)

Call the city attorney office and ask for the attorney that’s suin the complex for the code violations and crime. We all need to go on the record about how they don’t fix stuff and how our safety is at risk cause the security guards must sit at that little guard house. They put a car up front at the other entrance but ain’t nobody up there and they a drive through fast lane with drugs and gang dudes up there. I come in on forest or Audelia cause it ain’t safe to drive In up by that cash checks store.
