I agree. Honestly my apartment is worth $600 a month and that includes the water. I'm praying too much rent for type of apartment. My lease is up in Aug 2019 I'm running as fast as I can. I would rather live in the budget suites.

Absolutely!!!!!!! And dont expect to swim in any of those supposed 12 sparkling pools. First of all, that really nice one by the office is only for show. 1 pool filled in. I is filthy and jacuzzi busted. And only one pool open per day.

When is my window going to be repaired? It has been broken since October by kids throwing rocks over the soccer field. There is a police report on file they saw it in the computer yet still broken. Rent due tomorrow...no hot water for days now...
