Something is happening... This afternoon my wife and my daughter who visited us, were in the pool with three children (2,3 and 5 years old), and they were the only ones, there was no one else, as we have done for more than 4 years that we have living in this place. Suddenly a lady came out of the office and asked them to leave the pool at that time, because they were violating the pool rules of two guests per resident. It was a bad time for them, the weather in the city is in the high 90s. What's going on? That they pay attention to trivialities, but do not solve the problems that affect the entire community? I am referring to the access gate, which has been in poor condition for more than four months, and creates a real security problem for the community.

I just want thank the front office and the maintenance staff for helping my grandmother over the years at The Resident of Oaks. They are very friendly, helpful and keep the grounds nice and clean
