I’m giving 3.5 stars Yvette in the leasing office is sweet and patient…the only reason I moved here. Alex seems to care as well….I appreciate the follow up! I was hesitant based on the roach reviews and I should have listened to my hesitation honestly…. 1 week in review but will update as I go… I went from 0 bugs in Allen to 3 per day here ugh Pros: Decent rent, large space, semi quiet area, peaceful aura, covered parking for great price, okay maintenance Cons~ tiny indestructible wall climbing roaches, overhead planes from Addison airport, weird office rules, old outdated thermostat and not alot of storage space in apt, hot upstairs in townhouse, small tubs I have already planned to move when or before my lease is up next year…unless the roaches go away permanently! I barely moved in and put my stuff away and have seen 3 roaches per day …minimum …even after they sprayed ….even after I put boric acid/sugar mix… so far I’ve used Citronelle candles to keep them out my room and the vinegar clean after kitchen use…barely helps! I don’t want to poison myself in the process of trying to rid my home of them but whew! Nonetheless….

Claimed that I was 3 times late at a previous property and refused to process my application. Even though the previous property had issues with their online portal and they could not accept payments on the day they were due.

This place is the worst place to live hands down! They tried to evict me for nonpayment while they were blocking online access to make payments. The judge saw through their BS and DISMISSED the case. They retaliated and put another notice to vacate on my door the week the country shut down due to covid. They illegally entered my apartment. Refused to do pest control despite the numerous roaches. The staff is rude, unprofessional, discriminatory, racist TRASH. Best advice is choose somewhere else to live. You'll thank me later.

The move in experience was very quick and easy. Carmen kept me updated on everything I needed to move in so soon after finding the apartments. Excited to live in a place with such helpful management.
