Not sure what this tidbit is worth but... we ordered the Wonton Soup (amazing soup btw) and drove back to Vegas with it, no thermal bag or seat heater and when we got home the soup was still hot. Not warm, hot. 3.5 hour drive. And still tasted amazing! Everything here is good and you can tell because everyone seems to go here! House chicken is amazing and I will spend many years trying to recreate that recipe. 10/10

*** CASH ONLY *** Don't make the mistake of not having cash on you if you plan on purchasing food from Lucky Chinese Food. They do have an ATM machine located inside but I would assume a fee is charged if you use it. My bf and I were craving Chinese food and found Lucky Chinese food on yelp. After reading all of the raving reviews we decided to try them out. Upon arriving we were surprised to find a long line of customers. I should have figured they would be busy but not THAT busy! It was a telling sign that they are as good as their reviews state. I was excited to finally find a Chinese food establishment near home. Even with the long line it moved at a decent speed. They had 3-4 ladies working the front, getting customers orders and ringing them up. I ordered their Combo 1 which comes with Chow mein, fried rice and one side. You can substitute the chow mein & fried rice for all chow mein which is what I did. I got the Orange chicken as my side and also an order of their egg rolls. My bf ordered a Combo 2 (Chow mein, fried rice and 2 sides). The total for our entire meal came out to $22 which I think is a good price for the amount of food we received. They do give generous portions! The food really did live up to the hype. Everything was nice and fresh. I loved the sauce on the orange chicken, some pieces did have thick breading so it turned a little mushy by the time we got home to eat but it wasn't too big of a deal. I did like the more crunchy pieces though. The egg rolls do have some type of meat in them, I think it was chicken? I was expecting a veggie roll. Next time I'll have to ask if they have that. The chow mein was delicious! The main star of my meal. I love the slight char'ed taste of the noodles, it added a nice little touch. I look forward to coming back for more whenever I'm craving Chinese food again! Their food is superb and the prices are affordable. 5 stars for Lucky Chinese Food!

Great value with exceptional service (once you get to the front of the line!) A little slow, but it’s worth the little bit of wait. The restaurant staff is very friendly and they hook it up with portions. Pretty decent price to quality ratio. I had orange chicken and house special chicken. Flavor was alright, but definitely the best bang-for-your-buck Chinese food in the area.

Wow, huge servings! This was my first time here and now I know what everyone has been raving about! This is Chinese fast food at its best. The prices are comparable to a popular chain of similar restaurants in the area, but so many more choices and double the serving size; the pack the boxes so full they barely close. Be prepared to wait in line as they are very popular. You can order ahead, but even for that there is a small wait. I havent had good egg foo young in years, theirs is the size of my face and it was really good! I also tried the kung pao chicken, the bbq pork (sooo good) and the fried squid. All very good. I will definately be back!

Quite good! They enforce the 6 foot distance (stickers on the ground and you wait for your order away from everyone in line) and everyone wears a mask! They are really responsible and amazing!
