Horrible. I took my trailer in to have an awning replaced through my insurance company back in April. Everything was supposedly on order and going fine. Then 4 months later I got a call that they could not get the awning because only a Lance dealer could buy it from Carefree of Colorado. Max, was being very nice but Dude, your service department obviously never had the awning ordered at all. They sat on it for months and did nothing. You would have been able to tell me in a few days or weeks that you could not get it. So now I am heading out for a 4 week trip in the summer with no shade at all. Do not go there! They are either incompetent or just plain out lie. Do not go there for service and to buy an RV. No respect and they don't care. I would have gone out of business years ago if I treated people like that.

We bought our travel trailer here because they arrange financing.-- no high pressure sales. Price in the end was exactly what they advertised and what we agreed on. When they said they'd throw in extras, they meant it-- no extra cost. Later, needed some repairs. They honored the third party warranty we bought through them. Went the extra mile fixing our LP leak, thermostat. Sammy, the mechanic, helped explain things, and was proactive to make sure everything worked great. The staff is professional.
