AVOID AT ALL COST!! Would give 0 star if I could. The managing lady was racist. She has a stinky attitude toward Asian customer. She treats my older Asian dad like a child because of his broken english. Lady, he owns a multi million dollar company in his home country while you probably live paycheck to paycheck. She’s also abusive to the other staff (who seem to be new), she yelled at her at least 3 times in my short, unpleasant, 15 minutes visit. Can’t take finger print because “dry working class hand” and charge for a pump of lotion (!!??!). Rude over all, wouldnt touch this place with a 10 foot pole.

Efficient, kind, friendly and really cares that your package gets to its proper destination as quickly as possible! When you're sending internationally this is what really counts. I totally trust them with my packages. Tatiana is the best, you can count on her 100%.

Mail Shipping Etc. has been very helpful. They notify me by email whenever I get a package, and hold my packages for me while I am away on extended travel. They are also very thorough in tracking and recording deliveries.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Don’t expect an honest and good service from this business! I rented a mailbox here 6 months ago and when it was time for renewal, the owner demanded double the rate to $40 a month for a small box! What a rip off! Also, i have had missing packages, boxes that were tampered with, lost or destroyed. Also, the female owner takes time off in the middle of the day to do her real estate side job, and makes a habit of leaving before closing time. By the way, the good rating for this business came from the owner herself, Tatiana Veres rating her own store!
