This was the worst experience I've had at any spa. I used a Groupon for 1hr massage/facial and made an appointment 2 weeks in advance; when I got there I was told that if I paid cash they would honor my appointment but if I used my Groupon I would have to rebook even though they had already confirmed my appt beforehand. Spent 30min arguing that they didnt have staff for the appt, but if i paid cash they did, which makes no sense. After finally getting to my appt, I informed the masseuse I wanted harder pressure on my massage and they upcharged me for a deep tissue massage which i did not request. Come time for the facial the tech was so rough on my skin that I was bleeding. I asked her to please be more gentle and she said it was better for my skin; laughed and told me it was good for me when she saw I was crying because it hurt so bad. I will never come back here. Worst experience of my life and left feeling much worse than when I came in.

I do not recommend the facial at all but the deep massage with hot stone was realllyyyy relaxing. Would come back for the massage.

Beware! Beware! First bad review I’ve felt compelled to write! I was so excited to find this deal on Groupon, and called to arrange our appointment. “Dot” offered to see if they could fit us in on Saturday and would call me back to confirm if that would happen. I have the voicemail she left on my phone confirming Saturday at 12pm, and then received another call from “Timothy” again confirming the 12pm appointment. So we purchased our groupons and then I received another call from Dot saying she would NOT book us due to there being a party of four, they’re booked out months, us buying through Groupon, and that we should have bought in-house etc etc. The excuses and lies kept coming and coming. Just beware, as good as the deal seems it seems this is a very dishonest place. They confirm your appointment, let you purchase and then maybe they hope you aren’t able to refund. THANKFULLY, Groupon worked with us. Hope this saves someone else from the drama!

This was an amazing experience! I bought a deal on Groupon to surprise my mom for a Mother's Day treat.. well turns out I had issues with the coupon but no problem I was able to paypal the good looking gentleman at the front desk. They were very patient with me. Everyone was so friendly. I have to say linda, you have magical hands!!💫 Best massage ever, I also added Microdermabrasion to my facial and Linda was amazing! 🙌 I am so happy!😊 My mother-in-law had Rose and she also did such an amazing job! 👏 we were smiling and laughing in a peaceful bliss the whole time! What a great experience. I do recommend calling ahead of time for an appointment due to them being so busy, after all they are that good 👍.
