Dr. Chan visited me while I was hospitalized...he was very compassionate with the questions that asked me regarding my illness and the pain that I have been enduring on a daily basis consistently for more than 5 years now. I was very comfortable with him. I was recently discharged and I immediately asked my doctor to put in a authorization so I will be able to see Dr. Chan.

Pain Medicine Specialty Group , 11160 Warner Ave, Fountain Valley, CA 92708, very professional. I am a patient since October 2018. But in return, NPD Teresa Nguyen has examined me from November 2020 until now (4 months). I see, she does not know any medical examination, does not know the prescription, cannot send the prescription to the pharmacy. I don't know who licensed her anymore. It is unprofessional, I am not satisfied at all. I advise everyone not to make an appointment with this lady, very bad.!!!

Very friendly atmosphere and the staff are friendly and wonderful. Dr Chan takes his time with you. He listens to you and goes from there. I’m very blessed to have found this office. I would highly recommend Dr Chan and staff.

The last year or two I've gotten so many of my meds taken away and just when I got the dosage, amount, and type of meds correct to where I was able to almost function. I was extremely excited that I found the right meds and everything! I was feeling a lot less pain and then something happened with the government and they had to taper are meds down or straight up just take them away like they did to me and a lot of other people! So, idk why you'd want to come back! But to answer your question, I do believe Dr Chan has a soft spot if you catch him at the right time. When he tried to take away all my norcos at oncewithout warning I was in tears and because I was crying he told me I was being difficult and he was going to have to release me from his program. Ive only seen dr. Chan that way that one time so I would say go for it if you really want to and I believe that you can get reinstated but just a word from the wise, your not going to get enough meds for your pain at all! 😬

Do you accept credit carss?

It all depends on your treatment plan. You can't go wrong at this office. They listen to you and if something doesn't work for you, they will try something else.
