I moved at the end of May and it took them just over two months to cancel my membership. I had to cancel my emergency credit card and order a new one and they still somehow obtained the number and approved a charge I did not give them permission to. If you're reading this, take your money elsewhere.

Been coming to the gym for a little over a year now but the last few months so many things have changed and the gym is just horrible now. I believe this is due to new management. You never see the same faces it seems like employees come and go. There’s never paper towels in the females restroom One can’t even dry their hands. It seems like they are on a tight budget but the gym seems to be overly crowded. If the budget is really the issue then why don’t they just add hand dryers. I am a mother who goes to the gym after work and I always take my kids with me but a few days ago they posted a sign at the kids club that they will be closing the kids club after speaking to the lady who works there which by the way is very kind she said that it was due to “not having enough kids to keep the kids club open” that is a huge lie how many kids do they want with only one person watching them? There’s been times when I take my kids in it is extremely full. This is a huge inconvenience given the fact that they recently charged my account for The kids club membership I think they should’ve at least given us a one month notice not a few days. This gym was good but bad management can ruin anything. unfortunately will have to be switching gyms. Overall: CHANGE MANAGEMENT!

Martha , the cleaning lady is so rude to all members in the ladies room. I ask her kindly to clean one section per section so it still allows us to use the one section of the clock room. Instead of kindly reply, she said no and pours soap on all counters and floor and dusting everywhere in the way to chase us out. I report it to the manager who is present on this Friday morning about the situation in the lady clock room, and all he responds is that is the way they clean and they don’t care about the member around the area and we need to get out or deal with. So disappointed with the attitude of the manager! The club tries so hard to give out all sale deal to get new members, but they don’t care and respect the existent members, especially elder members. Soap was all over the counter and floors that elder can slip and get accident, and instead the manager listen to our report and initiate the change in the way they clean, he said we just deal with the wet floor in the clock room and that is normal 🤷🏻♀️

Do not sign up for personal training. What a horrible nightmare dealing with trainer's cancelling sessions without advance warning. Men's Restrooms are not that clean - floors are almost always wet and is a slip/fall hazard. Only one or two locations are probably okay but the majority of the Esporta fitness are not well kept.

I am not sure. But if you down load the app you can see what classes they have and at what locations and times.

If you join Esporta all clubs membership you can only go to all Esporta gyms but if you join LA fitness you can go to both, Esporta and LA fitness
They don't say anything to anyone for not wearing a mask.
How much is the price
Not necessarily a steam room, but they have do have a sauna next to the spa.
The app says they close at 2 pm Christmas eve.
